Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes:
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No-smoking property. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- Check-in: Is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Linen replacement and cleaning: Included for stays that exceeds 6 nights
- Porter service: Is recommended; prices may vary between €10 and €15 per piece of luggage.
- Parking: Is available along the national road free of charge, subject to availability.
- Private parking: Can be arranged, with prices ranging from €25 to €35.
Additional Fees:
- Late Arrival Fees: An additional fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
- Please contact the host: A day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Tourist tax: Ranging from €1.50 to €3.00, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- Parking: Available at € 20 to € 50 per day.
- VAT: Included in the initial price.
- Cleaning: Fee of €70,00 is not included in the rate.

- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Positano.

Directions to Casa Fiorellina (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- Starting Road: Your journey starts on Via Gennaro Capriglione, which is the main road if coming from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano.
- Continue Driving: Head towards Via Roma.
- Landmarks to Notice: Identify the parking area of the Onda Verde Hotel or Restaurant Da Franchino as your cue to start the next part of your journey on foot.
- Transition to Walking: Upon spotting the landmarks, begin your ascent on Via Miglina. Instead of looking for the white gate (Villa Vuolo), continue straight.
- Via San Giovanni: From Via Miglina, proceed to Via San Giovanni. This leg of the journey should take about five minutes.
- Artistic Alley: You will find yourself in an alley adorned with street ceramic pieces by BobArt.
- Finding Casa Fiorellina: Make a slight left at some point along the alley and look for a sign indicating "Casa Chromis," another vacation rental. Casa Fiorellina is located just below some steps, with the entrance on the terrace.
Additional Information
- Porter Service: If porters have been arranged, they will meet you at the Onda Verde Hotel.
- Parking Information: The closest private parking is Parking Castellano. If no spots are available there, parking along the road is free of charge.
- Note: The unique ceramic artwork along the alley not only guides you to Casa Fiorellina but also adds a memorable touch to your arrival experience.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
